PRIZE GIVING CEREMONY
The prize giving ceremony of the 60th Coarse Angling World Championship 2013 will take place in the Culture Center of Białołęka, Vincent van Gogh street 1, 03-188 Warsaw on Sunday, September 15, 2013 at 6 pm in the presence of all teams and immediately will begin the closing gala dinner in this Center.

OFFICIAL TRAININGS
- Sectors A, B, C, D and E must be at least 480 m. long that means 8 boxes 60 m. long.
- Trainings “Box” drawings will be held on Monday morning, from 7:30 am until 9:00 am in a specific location provided by the organizers.
- At 9:00 am, the FIPSed delegate, assisted by one or more organizers will carry out the training “box” drawing of teams, who arrived in late at the morning drawing.
- The official grid for the training box drawing will be supplied by FIPSed.
- For the drawing operation, the organizers must be equipped with a bag with balls (like ping-pong balls) numbered from 1 to N, corresponding to the number of registered nations as well as copy of the official grid for each of the registered nations.
- The place of the meeting must be well indicated in the nearby roads as to make it be easily reachable.
- In occasion of the drawing operations, all nations must be supplied with information concerning trainings, a map with the indication of sectors, info about cars stops and vehicles way of circulations.
- All nations must provide the mobile phone of the person responsible of their team or their delegations present during trainings.
- The organizers must have the registration forms of all nations in order to check the names of the 6 registered anglers. In case anti doping tests are foreseen during trainings, these forms will be also used for this drawing.
Trainings in the following days will take part according to the official schedule based on Monday drawing.

Monday 09/9.2013 to Wednesday 11/9.2013 10 am - 6 pm, without break
Thursday 12/9.2013 to Friday 13/9. 2013 10 am - 2 pm, without break
CAPTAINS' MEETINGS AND PROGRAM:
Meeting : Friday 13/09.2013 from 4 pm
Meeting : Saturday 14/09.2013 from 7 am
Meeting : Saturday 14/09.2013 from 4.30 pm
Meeting : Sunday 15/09.2013 from 6.30 am
Captains' meetings and presentation of the teams will take place in the fishery sectors C, D, E, where they will be special tents apart.

8.00 am - 1st signal - entry of competitors into the boxes
8.35 am - 2nd signal - 5 min start control of baits and groundbaits
8.40 am - control of baits and groundbaits
9.50 am - 3rd signal - beginning of heavy baiting operations
10.00 am - 4th signal - beginning of the competition
01.55 pm - 5th signal - 5 min to the end of the competition
02.00 pm - 6th signal - end of the competition and start of weighing operations
04.30 pm - presentation of the results and Team Captain Meeting
Sunday, September 15, 2013 – the second day of competition
6.30 am - drawing and distribution of competitors' numbers
8.00 am - 1st signal - entry of competitors into the boxes
